1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Facebookyol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Facebookyol is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that allows you to send personalized Facebook Messenger messages to multiple contacts using CSV/Excel files and customizable templates. The service is provided "as is" for lawful business and personal communication purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use your own Facebook account and maintain its security
• Not use Facebookyol for spam, phishing, harassment, or illegal activities
• Not violate Facebook's Terms of Service or violate any laws
• Not sell or share contact lists obtained through Facebookyol
• Respect the privacy of recipients and obtain necessary consent
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Facebookyol for:

• Sending unsolicited promotional content or spam
• Phishing, scamming, or fraudulent schemes
• Harassment, threats, or abusive messages
• Distributing malware or illegal content
• Circumventing Facebook's security or restrictions
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Any activity that violates Meta Platforms' policies

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You violate Facebook's or Meta's policies
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity
• You engage in illegal activity
• Your payment method fails or bounces

Upon termination, your access to Facebookyol will cease immediately.

6. Subscription and Payment

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis (annual plans include a 17% discount). Renewal occurs automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days or if your account was used for violations, refunds are not available. For details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Daily Message Limits

Each plan includes a daily message limit. Limits reset at midnight UTC. We enforce these limits to protect your account. Exceeding your limit will pause your campaign.

• Free: 10 messages/day
• Starter: 50 messages/day
• Pro: 100 messages/day
• Business: 250 messages/day

9. Risk Disclaimer

Use at Your Own Risk: Any automation tool that sends messages carries inherent risk. While we implement human-like typing and daily limits, Facebook may still flag or restrict your account. We are not responsible for account restrictions, bans, or loss of access resulting from using Facebookyol.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Facebookyol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for Facebook account suspensions or bans

11. Intellectual Property

Facebookyol software, design, and branding are owned by Facebookyol and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Facebookyol uses Firebase, Stripe, EmailJS, and other third-party services. Your use of Facebookyol is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services or practices.

13. Facebook's Terms

By using Facebookyol, you also agree to comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Messenger's policies. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with those terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Facebookyol constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
